Actually, Justin is correct. You coded GGU as the first and sixth RNA word, which is "at". Looks like a mutation from GUU, which is "I". I came up with the same decode.
Here is my decode for reference:
DNA: CCGCTACCCAGGGAACGTAACACCAGGCTTGATCGGAT RNA: GGCGAUGGGUCCCUUGCAUUGUGGUCCGAACUAGCCUA Codons: AUG GGU CCC UUG CAU UGU GGU CCG AAC UAG (start) At want to sleep before at study anthropology. (stop)
Oh! Okay! So to say "I want to sleep before I study Anthropology", the DNA would be: TACCAAGGGAACGTAACACAAGGCTTGATC and the RNA would be: AUGGUUCCCUUGCAUUGUGUUCCGAACUAG? Excluding the filler at the beginning and end.
at want to sleep before at study anthropology
ReplyDeleteClose! It was "I want to sleep before I study Anthropology."
